Would a US citizen living in Minnesota be able to commute daily to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada to grow for patients in Canada on property the US citizen owns in Canada?
I’m not 100% certain, but I doubt it very much. Pretty sure you have to be a full-time resident of Canada to obtain a Grower’s License here. Great question though!
Just curious if anyone has had any luck using medicinal marijuana for chronic insomnia? I’ve been suffering horribly for about 15 years and am sick and tired of taking sleeping pills. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks for the question! Yes, insomnia has been successfully treated with medical marijuana. Have a look at this article on CannabisMD — http://www.cannabismd.net/insomnia/
Well, it’s about a year down the road, and I now have my blood pressure under control! My only complaint now is after letting the medical profession take control and removing my parathyroid glands, I can’t get the calcium levels under control.
It seems that no amount of ingested stuff will stay with me, and my muscles seize at any time. Any suggestions?
Makes it hard to excercise, which is now on my agenda!
it’s hard to imagine, but after a year of experimenting, i have become proficient in baking, infuseing, freezing, and using the MMI that I receive, and have no stress about having to find financial resources for my good health!
I can’t even remember to get new prescriptions filled, because the change in anxiety level is so awesome,
even needing a few tylenol now and again is not bad.
After 25 years I feel I have my life back–and now I’ll be 68 in a week, but feel about 45!
Introduced a year ago, and never having smoked in my life, I was dubious. Several years of Dr’s prescriptions for pain relief took me to the bowels of depression. When i was told ‘methadone’ would be the next drug of choice because I was an ‘addict’, I decided to try. My
first venture of ‘tea’ got me pretty high, and I realized that wasn’t what I needed. I now have two-3 oz tea, twice daily. No more narcotics!
No anti-anxiety, but still working on blood pressure. A miracle, is all I can say. I bake, infuse, boil, and freeze my products. I am now advocating the use of hemp in all areas of my life. How’s that for a turnaround?? Looking forward to sharing recipes. Need a cookie one, now. Chocolate, preferably, because it sure makes it taste good!
Just getting around to the website, as my life has been turned upside down–in a good way. I think we do need more dialogue on specific diseases and conditions. PJ
We can help you to prepare your case, so you can approach your doctor with confidence and ask for his/her support in applying for your medical marijuana license.

Great website! Loads of information. Just needs more about specific diseases/conditions.
Thanks for the suggestion, philimon! We’ll be adding more information about Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis and other conditions very soon.
